Join us in-person for our Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 course, where you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and energy exploration. This immersive in-person course is from 9 am to 5 pm on February 14th & 15th, hosted by Chelsey Crane (Oryniak). She will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum designed to lay a strong foundation for your Reiki journey. Key Teachings: -Understanding Reiki: Discover the origins, principles, and philosophy of Reiki, and gain insights into the energy anatomy of the body. -Explore self-healing and offering healing to others: Learn powerful methods to channel Reiki energy for self-healing, healing others, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. -Hands-on Practice: Engage in hands-on exercises and activities to develop your ability to sense energy and connect with your intuition. We will also be practicing treatments on ourselves as well as each other throughout the weekend. -Attunement: Receive a Level 1 & 2 Reiki attunement, which opens up your energetic pathways and connects you to the universal life force energy, enabling you to become a channel for healing energy. -Ethical Considerations: Understand the ethical principles of practicing Reiki, including consent, boundaries, and maintaining a safe and nurturing healing space. -Deepen your intuition: All while learning ways to protect your energy and space.
