During our time together, we will discuss any current health concerns (emotional/physical) you have, digestive health and sleep concerns. I will send you an Intake form upon booking, and we will discuss the contents of this during our time. Once this is completed, I will formulate a herbal protocol that is specifically designed for your health needs. This is intended to nourish and support you on your health journey.
