We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure smooth operations and to accommodate all our clients efficiently we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made without providing the required 48 hours' notice will be considered non-refundable.
