About the event
The Grievers garden is partnering with Isabel Fry to bring a relaxing and comforting Soundbath to the grievers. This event is open to all, grieving or in need of some relaxation and peace.
Isabel strives to make all feel cherished, held, loved, softened & seen. While holding space, with gentle guidance, she steps out of the way so others can connect with the wisdom that exists deep within them, offering compassion, understanding & grace.
A soundbath is a full body meditative experience that "bathes" the people attending with resonant sounds. Sound can be a beautifully soothing and healing thing and we are excited to offer this to our grieving community here in Edmonton
Dress comfy. Bring a mat or some can be provided. There is limited space. And a fee for this gathering to honour our guest host
