Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath for All Bodies and Abilities

Join Dagmar as you surrender, and immerse yourself into this unique beautiful experience. Let the soothing sounds take you away!  Allow the various frequencies work from the inside out, realigning your energetic body through powerful sound vibration.  The quartz crystal bowls, rain stick, chimes and angel bells produce a matrix of healing energies that will relax, expand, clear, and rejuvenate every level of your being.  This workshop is completed with a guided meditation, breath work, restorative yoga poses to help you find your Zen zone and a touch of Reiki to help you feel at ease and connected to yourself.

All materials are provided. Bringing your own yoga mat and blanket is optional. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water with you.
