Group Subconscious Imprinting with Reiki & Meditation

Join Chelsey in this group session, where we will explore our roles and expectations within family and the pressure and burdens these can place on us.

You'll learn how past experiences, beliefs, and conditioning shape your subconscious mind and influence your current emotional responses.

We'll explore common triggers that lead to overwhelming emotions and self-sabbotaging patterns. You'll gain insights into recognizing recurring patterns in your life that may contribute to these feelings.

Statements will be designed to help forgive yourself and others, release emotions, energy and patters that are no longer serving you and reprogram your mind with acceptance and self love.

There will also be Reiki done to the entire group at the end to help ground, focus and center your energy.
