Broga Yoga For Men

Allow yourself to relax, reconnect, and recharge through the practice of yoga and sound healing therapy.  This practice will incorporate simplified, functional movements, breath awareness, and mindfulness to increase flexibility and release stress and tension.  The session will be paired with powerful and heartfelt sound vibrations from quartz crystal bowls, chimes, angel bells, and rain sticks.  Feel at ease, find what works for you, and connect with yourself and other like-minded men on this mini-retreat filled with camaraderie and brotherhood.
