Get to know Hilary

What inspired you to pursue a career in Yoga?

I have always been drawn to holistic well-being and have a deep commitment to helping others find balance and joy in their lives.



My journey began with a love for movement, first expressed through dance at a young age, and later discovered yoga in my mid-teen years. Yoga quickly became a grounding force in my life, offering physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.


What brings you Joy?

I find the most joy in the simple moments - whether it's getting outside in nature, spending time with my friends and family, or seeing/hearing about the positive impact yoga has on my students. I also love creative pursuits such as making jewelry for my Indie Pop Designs business and listening to live music (which is good because my partner is a musician)!


Favorite books you've read recently?

In the last few years I've really gotten back into reading and the first book that started this new hobby of mine was The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo! It's such a great story and impossible to put the book down. I've also recently enjoyed reading Lessons in Chemistry; Eat, Pray, Love; and Down with the System: A Memoir. 


What are you grateful for?

I’m incredibly grateful for the people in my life—my family, friends, and the yoga community I’m part of. I’m also deeply grateful for the opportunity to do work that I love and that allows me to help others.
