Service Description

Yin/Yang yoga is an asana practice that combines strengthening and softening elements with the purpose of balancing the body. Students will experience both an invigorating practice combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind while opening the fascia to help the body recover from the rigors of daily life.   This class will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice and move into the Yin style of long-held passive poses to close the practice.  This class is suitable for everyone and may be particularly welcoming for weekend warriors looking to recover and prevent injury.
