Service Description
Join our Prenatal community for an hour of relaxation, strength-building, and birth preparation. Chantal will lead you through movements tailored to help relieve common pregnancy symptoms, breathwork to add to your comfort and coping toolbox, and mindful practices to connect you to yourself and your baby. This hour of yoga is specifically designed for your pregnancy journey. All trimesters and experience levels are welcome. Get to know your instructor Chantal: Chantal is a mom of two and a specialist in Prenatal and Postpartum work. She teaches classes, hosts retreats, and leads workshops to help parents and parents-to-be navigate this life-changing transition. She received her Prenatal yoga certification from The Prenatal Yoga Centre in NYC, she is a certified Childbirth Educator with Birthing From Within and a BirthSmarter Child Birth Ed facilitator.
