This is a much more gentle, kinder form of yoga, suitable for all levels. All asana (yoga poses) are done seated in a chair, participant may have an option for a couple of standing moves, if they choose. You will be guided to a mindful breathing practice and meditation to calm the mind and body. Easy Tai Chi foundations will also be included as well as fun and intuitive moves. Ting’s focus is the safety and comfort of everyone, as well as to bring relaxation and balance in the space. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Due to this limited space of our clinic, all classes must be registered in advance. Any cancellations or scheduling must be completed at least 3 hours before the class begins.
