About the event

Come indoors into the air-conditioned studio to learn the benefits of Yoga for Lymphedema. This summer session is all about learning practices to cool the body and reduce swelling, as you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You will learn how to open your lymphatic channels through a combination of self-massage, poses, breath techniques, and meditation. Living with Lymphedema is both a physical and emotional experience. Yoga can help us lymphies connect to our mind-body-spirit, and find compassion, courage, and curiosity to keep Lymphin’ along!
